Firstly, can I say a huge thank you to you for Monday evening. We were all thoroughly impressed, and I have had everyone complimenting the wonderful food, the presentation and the friendly service. 

We would definitely like to use your services again in the future. You were very reliable and professional. Once again, thank you Rob for helping to make the summer party such a pleasant evening.
