Fat Hog & Big Pan Corporate Catering started over copious amounts of tea, delicious afternoon tea and pulled lamb with seasonal vegetables wrapped in bacon in Wickham.
The last two years we have developed the family company Fat Hog & Big Pan Catering (our sister company that provides private catering for weddings and parties) into a high-end catering company providing delicious fresh food with an interactive rustic style.
Drinking lots of tea we wanted to work out how we could bring that style to the corporate catering world and developed... Fat Hog & Big Pan Corporate Catering (we may not have been creative with the name for the corporate company but we certainly have been with the food!!).

Robert McHugh, the Executive chef and owner of Fat Hog and Big Pan Catering is an experienced chef with over 12 years of training and experience.
He has worked in a range of prestigious restaurants and hotels including; The Ivy, The Mermaid Restaurant and Bar and The Solent Hotel.
Robert has spent 3 years travelling around the world exploring different food cultures and trying a vast range of local cuisine.
Now Head Chef and Owner of the Fat Hog and Big Pan Catering he enjoys working with customers to make sure they have the perfect menu and food personally created for their event.
