The 'Fat' Hog Roasts, The 'Fat' Lamb Roasts and Mixed Roasts
Our tasty hogs and lambs are cooked in a confit oven; this cooks the pig/lamb very slowly and allows it to absorb all the juices making the meat moist succulent and full of flavour as well as the perfect crisp crackling on the hog.
The hog roast is served in a buffet style with our unique rustic interactive display, using wooden planks, Kiner Jars filled with delicious chutneys and sauces, wooden boards and all labels with chalk signs to your guests can create a meal they want.
We bring our own gazebos, tables and equipment to freshly cook and serve the food. As mobile event caterers we do not require a kitchen, all we need is access to a 13 AMP power supply and if possible access to cold running water.

Hog in a Bun PackageThe meat is a bun meaning guests can eat their food with one-hand still mingle and talk to guests. No sit down meal is required.

Good afternoon Rob,
I just wanted to say a big thank you for Saturday’s feast! You were right there was plenty and everyone has said how much they enjoyed the lovely food. She had everything well under control which was a relief for me to not have to worry, when there was so much else to do.
