Big Pan Street Food

Big pan options are perfect for a corporate functions from 60 people to 1000. The big pans are 1.10 meter wide, they stand on giant whisky barrels immediately creating a centre piece at any function. A professional chef will cook your chosen big/s pan meal freshly in front of the guests; the smell of the fresh flavours and the sounds of the food cooking always gets the guest mouths watering. They can be cooked inside* or out.

You can select Big Pan dishes to create a festival theme and allow your guests to choose the meal they want.

Seafood Paella 

King prawns, squid, mussels and cockles cooked with sweet peppers, red onions and smoked garlic braised with traditional Spanish rice.

Complimented with
a giant Mediterranean salad compromising of olives, sun blushed tomatoes, feta and sweet roasted vegetables.

Chicken & Chorizo Paella 

Marinated chicken breast and chorizo cooked with sweet peppers, red onions and smoked garlic braised with traditional Spanish rice topped with Serrano ham.

Complimented with
a giant Mediterranean salad compromising of olives, sun blushed tomatoes, feta and sweet roasted vegetables.

Vegetarian Paella

Marinated vegetables with sweet red peppers, red onions and smoked garlic braised slowly in traditional Spanish rice topped with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.

Complimented with
a giant Mediterranean salad compromising of olives, sun blushed tomatoes, feta and sweet roasted vegetables.

Mexican Chilli

Primed seasoned mince beef cooked with fresh chillies, red onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, kidney beans and seasoned with Mexican spices.

Complimented with 
seasoned nachos, sour cream, guacamole, spicy salsa and grated cheese.

Mexican Fajitas

Chicken strips cooked with fresh peppers, onions and fajita spices finished with fresh coriander.


Complimented with 
tortilla wraps, salsas, guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños and grated cheese. 

Moroccan Lamb Tagine

Chunk of succulent lamb cooked in Moroccan spices with sun dried apricots, zesty lemon and tomatoes topped with freshly chopped coriander.

Complimented with 
couscous, mint yoghurts and herb salad.

Thai Green Curry

Succulent chicken pieces marinated in Thai spices cooked in creamy coconut topped with freshly chopped coriander.


Complimented with 
Jasmine rice and a mango and papaya salad.

Indian Curry

Marinated chicken breasts cooked with fresh chillies, red onions, sweet peppers, coriander and Indian spices that can be cooked for your preferred taste.

Complimented with 
popodums, mango chutney, onion relish, hot lime pickle and cucumber raita.

Italian Feast

Seasoned meatballs cooked in rich tomato, garlic and fresh basil sauce topped with mozzarella balls.


Complimented with 
Freshly cooked pasta, breadsticks and grated parmesan cheese.

Stir Fry Chicken

Strips of chicken stir fried with a selection of finely sliced vegetables chilli ginger and oyster sauce topped with fresh coriander 

Complimented with
egg fried rice, sweet chilli sauce and prawn crackers.

Beef Stroganoff 

Tender chunks of beef sliced onion and crushed garlic cooked in a paprika and brandy cream sauce finished with sliced gherkin and fresh tarragon. 

Complimented with
steamed rice and freshy baked sliced crusty  bread

Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Chicken breast marinated for 12 hours in Jamaican jerk spices cooked with green peppers fresh chilli's and fresh ginger.


Complimented with
Caribbean style rice and peas

Slow Braised Beef in 
Red Wine Sauce

Feather blade steak cooked in red wine with smoked bacon and baby onions and finished with fresh parsley. 

Complimented with
creamy mashed potato and freshly baked sliced crusty bread

Mediterranean Vegetable 
Pasta

Roatsed courgettes, aubergine and red onion with sun blushed peppers bound in a rich tomato and basil sauce.

Complimented with
Penne pasta and warm ciabatta

*We can only cook inside if we have permission from the building owner and the building insurance allows gas to be used inside.

We asked Fat Hog to cater for our ‘Ski Lodge’ themed party in January, the food prep and cooking was all done on view outside  .. everyone commented on how good it was to see  fresh food cooked from scratch and it tasted amazing … and we all  ended up in pudding heaven… we are looking forward to having an excuse to book them again.
